Helping to meet your goals

Are you considering a merger or an acquisition? We are! A merger or acquisition may be just the answer for a "WIN-WIN" transaction with our company. Past transactions have included:

  • A security alarm company sold all their fire monitoring accounts. They did not leave the security alarm business or close their company. The sale was a good way to raise money and free them of their fire alarm monitoring. The fire monitoring was a headache and with licensing changes they found they were not properly licensed for fire alarm work.
  • A sprinkler company owner wanted a complete sale. The entire business consisting of all clients, accounts, phone lines and monitoring clients were sold.
  • A security alarm company sold all their commercial monitoring accounts and clients. They did not leave the security alarm business or close their company. The sale raised money to expand their security business and for personal enjoyment objectives of the owner. Today all the fire operations for this security company have merged with A&A Fire Protection, Inc. The security company owner continues to operate and manage his security company. All fire alarm sales, service and monitoring are provided by A&A Fire Protection for which the security owner receives commissions.
  • A fire alarm/suppression company sold the entire business for a complete sale.
